The Lies of P Scrapped Watchman is one of the first bosses you will encounter in the game. How to beat the Scrapped Watchman

As with most of the bosses that are present in the game, the boss fight with the Lies of P Scrapped Watchman is also made up of two different phases. For this reason, in this article, we will tell you in detail how to best tackle both phases, in order to simplify your work and be able to defeat this boss without any difficulties. Furthermore, we would like to point out that, if you have played the demo, you will be able to face this boss more easily, thanks also to the fact that the developers have fixed some things regarding the difficulty.

Phase 1

During the first phase of the battle, the Lies of P Scrapped Watchman will essentially make use of four types of attacks. Pay attention to each of these and you won't have too much difficulty. Our advice to get the upper hand during this phase is to stay as close as possible to the boss, so as to be able to avoid his attacks more easily.

The attacks that he will launch in this first phase, in fact, are not that difficult to avoid and also have the convenience of being quite predictable. When you see that the boss is about to put one of his hands in front of him, get ready because it means that he is about to use his backhand attack. If, however, you see a winding animation, the boss will start to spin his arms three times trying to hit you. Again, if the boss pulls back his right hand, it means that he is ready to launch his slamming attack. Finally, if the Scrapped Watchman swings his weapons, it means he is preparing to land a combo.

Our general advice to prevail and avoid all four of these attacks is to study the situation well and dodge the attacks. Alternatively, you can also try to parry some of them, such as his combo. This way, you will be able to grow his stagger gauge which will allow you to put the enemy into a stagger state. In this first phase, the movements of the Lies of P Scrapped Watchman are quite slow and easy to predict, so with a little patience you will be able to pass this phase without too much difficulty. Wait for the boss to launch his attacks and use the cooldown periods to land yours.

Phase 2

Phase two of the battle, however, will put you to the test a little more, although not in such great ways. All the attacks we described in the first phase will also be used in this second phase, with the difference that now they will also inflict electrical damage. As a result, you will have to pay even more attention not to get hit if you don't want to take more damage.

Additionally, the Scrapped Watchman will also add some new moves to watch out for to his arsenal. Among these, as soon as his health bar reaches half, the boss will use a lightning roar which will create an aura of electricity that will deal a lot of damage to you if you are hit. For this reason, as soon as you see that his health is at 50%, try to move away as much as possible, since the battle arena allows it.

Furthermore, during the second phase, the boss will also use an electric leap. As soon as you see that the enemy is stepping back and then jumping into the air and heading towards you in the form of a ball, it means that you will have to be very careful to dodge this attack. Also, once he lands on the ground, he will release strikes of lightning that will deal a lot of damage, so try to stay at a distance and avoid them.

Finally, he will use an attack similar to the slamming hand attack from the first phase. To avoid this attack, the most effective strategy to use is to step back and dodge the blow. If you don't succeed, the boss will grab you and an animation will start that can also kill you instantly if you don't have enough life. For this reason, try in every way to avoid this attack.
