Jett is one of the highest-picked Duelists in professional tournaments alongside Raze. This year, we have seen some incredible pros, alongside rookie players, dominate on Jett at events like Masters Tokyo, regional leagues and Champions 2023, among others. After looking at the data gathered by VLR, we picked the 8 best Jett players of VCT 2023 who primarily play this Agent and have participated in at least 750 rounds throughout the year. 8. Mehmet “cNed” İpek – Natus Vincere

When you have such a mechanically gifted OPer as cNed, having him on Jett is a no-brainer. While he has dabbled in other Agents like Yoru or Killjoy this year, Jett remains his primary pick. 

The signature of this Turkish 21-year-old is his insane flicks with the OP, which has continued from his time with Acend. Even though the 2021 Champions winner failed to achieve much with NAVI this year, it will be exciting to see him play in the 2024 season, possibly under another team. 

7. Zheng “ZmjjKK” Yongkang – EDward Gaming

Zmjjkk, better known as KangKang, took the world by storm with his incredible performance at Masters Tokyo. Even though he was one of the least experienced players at global events this year, the 19-year-old set the ceiling for Chinese Valorant players pretty high.

KangKang is known for his aggressive and precise Jett plays, and his Operator skills allowed him to defeat teams like LOUD, NAVI and T1. Although his performance at Champions 2023 wasn’t up to the mark of what we previously saw, he will still remain one of the best and flashiest Jett players this year.

6. Ha “Sayaplayer” Jung-woo – T1

T1 failed to achieve significant milestones this year except for securing the Masters and Champions. While the team’s journey hasn’t been very fruitful this season, 25-year-old Sayaplayer had incredible stats as a Jett, making him one of the best at this Agent in 2023.

While Sayaplayer started out as an Omen player for the North American squad of T1, he switched to Duelist roles in 2021 and excelled in them. Before joining the Korean T1 roster, he was a shining member of The Guard. Throughout all these years, his Jett has been one of the best in the world and having this consistency is leaving a big mark in Valorant’s Esports history.

5. Max “Demon1” Mazanov – Evil Geniuses

Before Demon1 joined Evil Geniuses, this North American squad was considered one of the worst in the region of the Americas League. After this 20-year-old became one of the team’s starting five, EG went on to write the biggest Cinderella story we have seen in Valorant. 

Demon1 is not only the best player of Champions 2023 but also one of the best rookies we have seen in Tier 1 this year. Right after arriving at the Americas League, he helped EG reach new heights with insane Jett plays and then went on to win the biggest Valorant event of 2023.

4. Nikita “Derke” Sirmitev – Fnatic

Fnatic went on a dominating journey this year by winning LOCK//IN and Masters Tokyo, and one of their trump cards was Derke, who has consistently established himself as one of the best Jett players of EMEA. 

This 20-year-old Finnish-Russian is mainly seen playing with a rifle instead of an Operator, unlike most other Jett players, and he excels in that, thanks to his team setting him up for duels. He and aspas are undoubtedly two of the best non-rookie Jett users of this year.

3. Ilya “something” Petrov – Paper Rex

We talked about Demon1 being one of the best rookie players of this year, and another one is Paper Rex’s something, whose arrival at the Pacific League was similar to the North American’s journey. His impact as a Jett player was so substantial that the Singaporean roster switched him from a sixth player to the starting five, and from there, he went on to dominate the big leagues.

This 21-year-old Russian is one of the most mechanically gifted players we have seen in 2023 who likes to pick up Reyna whenever he is not on Jett. Along with incredible rifling abilities, something is known for his unbelievable flicks with the Operator.

2. Saif “Sayf” Jibraeel – Team Liquid

Aside from winning the EMEA League, Team Liquid failed to do much on global stages, which was a bummer coming from one of the best European squads. Nonetheless, a lot of the team’s success was due to their Swedish Duelist, whose Jett plays helped Liquid put an end to Fnatic’s long winning streak.

Sayf’s prowess on Jett was so substantial that even with Team Liquid losing miserably on global LANs, he was still able to be VLR’s second-best Jett player.

There’s no doubt that aspas is one of the most consistent Jett players of the last two years, as he has continued to be dominating after winning the Champions last year. This 20-year-old was the ace up LOUD’s sleeves throughout 2023, and we have consistently seen him picking up the most kills on the server in countless series.

While many Jett players only dominate with the Operator, aspas is scary with both snipers and rifles. That’s why even with LOUD not winning any global tournament, this talented Brazilian has become the best Jett in the world.
